We help set up generation
We work with you to connect the template to the Salesforce records and related data it needs, configure the document’s conditional content, and establish how generation will be triggered and the output reviewed.
The aim is to produce a document your team can inspect against an existing agreement, approved sample, or defined set of requirements. Fields, tables, clauses, formatting, and signature placement all belong in that review.

Your team learns to manage the template
A successful evaluation should show what happens when the document changes, too.
Using the OpusDocs Word authoring tools, we walk your author through the template’s fields, conditional segments, and repeating content. We show how to edit the document and preview the result against representative CRM records.
Then we work through a change together: update a paragraph, adjust a condition, or add a field, and generate again to check the result. Your team gets to assess whether the ongoing maintenance workflow fits the people who will actually own it.
Verify the output and the workload
We agree on useful test scenarios with you. For a complex agreement, those might include different states, products, financing arrangements, or signer combinations. Each scenario should produce the appropriate content and omit sections that do not apply.
For high-volume requirements, we also discuss the document mix, expected batch sizes, peak demand, and acceptable completion times. Together, we define a representative workload to evaluate within the pilot and review the observed results.
